Passionate. Energetic. Enthusiastic. Edgy. Blunt. Fun. All words to describe speaker, trainer, and author of ‘Bullies, Blamers, Bludgers’ - Blythe Rowe.
Widely recognised for her ability to shake things up, organisations hire her to help boot the BBB behaviours from their business, to rev up productivity, profitability and performance.
Blythe graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Industrial Relations) and started her corporate career. She also has her Masters Degree in Management and is a qualified NLP Practitioner and Peak Performance Coach.
After 13 years working in Senior Human Resources and Organisational Development roles for some of Australia’s largest businesses (including McDonald’s Australia and Bunnings), her obsession for people and performance led her to venture solo. She now partners with other leading organisations in their quest to get the people and culture part of their business better, by turning up the level of Ownership throughout.
Blythe delivers a range of programs which teach personal accountability and self-leadership as well as teaching leaders how to ‘boot the BBB behaviours’ and drive Ownership within their teams. She also offers a unique approach to feminine leadership development. Blythe is a highly sought-after keynote speaker. Her straight-talking approach challenges the status quo and her audiences as to what they need to do personally to rev up results.
Her passion, energy and enthusiasm is infectious. Combine these with her expertise in people leadership and her ability to ‘tell it like it is’, in a fun, yet pragmatic way, will prove the perfect ingredients to inspire your leaders and teams into action.
Blythe is an inspirational leader, someone who really motivates and is the true definition of what leadership is. I had the honour of working with and hearing Blythe in action and that is something that has inspired me to aim high and achieve my goals. The passion and energy that Blythe brings is just something that really does inspire you to work hard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blythe and hope one day down the track to work with her again.
BunningsBlythe recently facilitated an excellent discussion and interactive session on generating behavioural change within organisations for our Comm's Networking Forum. The audience, made up of senior HR and communication specialists, is very discerning. Blythe won them over from the outset with her warmth, wit and insightful and informed content. Blythe provides the perfect balance of intellectual rigour and entertainment making her an ideal guest speaker on topics related to people, culture and leadership...or similar.

Keep doing what you are doing! Hit the target and captured everything I was hoping to achieve with the team on the day. I valued the practical skills and it was very specific for what our team needs to develop.
