Business entrepreneur and best-selling author Bob Ansett tells the story of how he built Budget Rent a Car from scratch into a multi-million dollar international business - only to be overtaken by financial crisis. This has been well documented in his two best-selling books, “Bob Ansett - An Autobiography” and “The Customer.”
A former President of the North Melbourne Football Club, Bob knows full well the importance of a positive “can do” attitude, and he applies this optimistic view to his presentations and everyday life. Today he is actively engaged in his new venture Marketing Services, which was established to provide marketing advice, franchising know-how, and to assist with the development of customer service cultures within organisations.
With more than 25 years as an entrepreneur Bob draws from a wealth of business and sporting experience to provide advice, insights, anecdotes and new approaches in an entertaining and informative style.
