Marty draws on fifteen years experience in the Royal Australian Air Force as an operational F/A-18 Fighter Pilot, Roulette Formation Aerobatic Team member, Flying Instructor, Training Flight Commander, and as the RAAF Fast Jet Training Standards Checker.
Marty is sought after as a keynote speaker on the topics of performance development, teamwork, leadership, instruction and safety management. He believes the keys to individual and team success in aviation, are universal. Marty works with corporate teams and leaders to maximise their performance through using the same techniques as high performance aviation teams.
Marty has also been a Squadron Leader in the Hornets, leading up to 30 aircraft. He now presents “Flypast Keynotes”, Training Seminars, Follow-on Workshops, Team Building exercises, Coaching and Extreme Adventure programs.
