Ben Crowe is Australia’s most in-demand professional mentor and leadership coach, working with Athletes, Coaches, Teams and Executive Teams all over the world. His work involves helping people with their mindset in a performance sense, with their perspective in a personal sense, to find a balance between Confidence & Happiness, and Achievement with Fulfilment.
Prior to mentoring Ben spent many years abroad working for NIKE as their head of international sports marketing. Returning to Australia Ben expanded his mentoring, working with recently retired World No 1 and 3 time grand slam champion Ash Barty, 8 x World Surfing champion Stephanie Gilmore,15 time grand slam champion Dylan Alcott, 8 time grand slam champion Andre Agassi, the Australian Cricket team (currently world no 1), and 3 time AFL premiers the Richmond Football Club. Last year he started working with Australian surfer Molly Picklum who just recently won the WSL World Surfing Championships in Fiji.
During Covid, with a desire to help people at scale, Ben created Mojo, the Perspective Company, that helps companies put the human-being first and the human-doing second, and through simple, profound and playful perspective shifts, helps teams sustain high performance, build resilience and lead with purpose. Many of Australia’s (and the world’s) most successful companies have now successfully implemented the Mojo “way”.
His new book Where The Light Gets In is an official best-seller, debuting at No. 1 on release and remaining in Australia’s top five ever since.
