Bruna Papandrea AM is an Emmy® and Golden Globe® winning producer and the Founder and CEO of Made Up Stories, a global production company known for championing bold, female-driven storytelling.
Originally from South Australia, Bruna has built a career at the forefront of the entertainment industry, producing critically acclaimed and commercially successful films and television series. Bruna co-founded Pacific Standard alongside Reese Witherspoon, where she produced the global phenomenon Gone Girl and the Oscar®-nominated Wild, helping redefine the landscape of female-driven storytelling in Hollywood.
Her credits include some of the most celebrated and culturally defining series of the past decade, including Big Little Lies, The Undoing and Nine Perfect Strangers, amongst others.
Through Made Up Stories, she continues to back distinctive voices and bring complex, contemporary stories to audiences worldwide. Amongst these projects are global hits including Pieces of Her starring Toni Collette, Anatomy of a Scandal starring Sienna Miller, and The Good Daughter, starring Rose Byrne, which is currently in post-production.
Living with Lupus, an autoimmune disease, Bruna is a vocal advocate for health and well-being, bringing a grounded perspective on resilience, longevity, and redefining success in high-performance careers in the face of adversity.
Bruna also creates content through her platform The Brunaverse, including the podcast Invisible Roadmap, and is a co-host of Mamamia’s hit podcast Unleashed.
