Genevieve Jacobs AM is the CEO of Canberra's community foundation. A former journalist who spent over 30 years working in print, radio and digital media, she was a longtime ABC Canberra Mornings presenter and more recently  group editor for Region Media.

Genevieve is currently a director of Regional Development Australia Southern NSW/ACT, the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture and the UTS Centre for Media Transition advisory board. She was the inaugural co-chair of the ACT's Reconciliation Council and Arts Minister's Advisory Council and chaired the Canberra International Music Festival board.
