Karen Wilson has lost 54 kilos and kept it off since starting her health and fitness journey in 2015. Through healthy eating, exercise, and a positive mindset she was able to achieve her total weight loss success by 2017.
Karen also had her two beautiful children during this time, she returned to her full-time career in leadership and remained focused on her ultimate life goal “to be within a healthy BMI weight range” and to finally be “healthy, happy and fit”.
Karen truly believes that this time the difference between her success now to the past attempts in weight loss can be attributed to her mindset, her preparation and her strong belief systems linked to her WHY.
Through sharing her tips and stories, Karen’s mission is to change the lives of many in helping them find their very own health and happiness too.
