Margie has been coaching and consulting to organisations for over 20 years. This includes being an owner and partner in two businesses as well as leading and coaching teams in executive recruitment and search firms. Previously she had a ten-year career in IT with a prior career as an actor. Eight years ago, she decided to leave her highly successful career in Executive Recruitment and become a part and then full-time Psychology student. Back then her self-belief to make this change was very low. Margie struggled in high school and wasn’t confident she would be accepted to university. Not only was she accepted, she also received a Distinction for her thesis exploring Leadership Performance and Wellbeing. During these 8 years, she survived divorce, financial devastation, and lost her father to mental health, while still reaching her goal to become a fully registered Psychologist.
Margie is a polished facilitator and speaker who inspires small and large groups by sharing her own story, and importantly her ongoing research and experience regarding work goals and well-being and the strategies that can lead to an increase in both for Leaders and their teams.
Margie is passionate about people and their work and cannot wait to help as many people as she can to have greater Prosperity in their work and life.
