Naureen is an award-winning chemical engineer and energy leader driving renewable projects across Australia. Recognised as one of the Australian Financial Review BOSS Young Executives 2023, she also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the ACT Government’s Energy Innovation Fund.

With a career spanning global companies including ExxonMobil, Rio Tinto, Origin Energy, Aurecon, and AGL, Naureen brings deep technical expertise and strategic insight to the future of sustainable energy. She holds a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and has been celebrated with awards such as Women’s Agenda Emerging Leader in Technology, EnergyLab’s Women in Climate and Energy Fellowship, and was a finalist for Engineers Australia’s Young Engineer of the Year.

Known for her engaging and pragmatic approach, Naureen inspires audiences with actionable insights on innovation, leadership, and the power of diverse thinking.
