Nick's work is about helping organisations become exemplars who deliver value through generations. This involves working with boards, executives and the wider teams to support them in reconsidering their organisation's possibilities and potential. More practically, this involves developing, with the teams, a new corporate philosophy (the who, what, where, why and how of the organisation) and supporting the associated downstream plans and roll-out activities.

This work is founded upon the Future Normal approach, a rigorous framework that has been developed and refined over the last 20 years.

In addition to Future Normal, Nick is also a Professor in Strategy and Sustainability at Griffith and a visiting professorial fellow at Lancaster University. He teaches strategy and sustainability on the No.1 MBA in the world for sustainability, supervise PhD students and research next-generation governance.
