Sheb Giner is a speaker, sound therapist, clinical psychotherapist, and hypnotherapist - passionate about helping people find calm within chaos through sound, science, and stillness.

Coming from a corporate background, she spent nearly a decade working within the WorkCover system - first as an Injury Management Advisor, then as a Rehabilitation Consultant. During that time, Sheb saw firsthand that most interventions began after people were already physically or psychologically injured.

It became clear that we needed to shift from reaction to prevention - empowering individuals and teams to strengthen their resilience and emotional regulation before reaching burnout or injury.

Why is this important?  Because prevention not only protects our well-being - it equips us to handle challenges with clarity, calm, and confidence, whether personal, professional, local, or global.

As the saying goes, “Prevention is better than cure.”

And she believes the most powerful prevention strategy begins with stillness - because stillness is the new hustle.

In a world that glorifies busyness, constant striving has become the norm. Yet, science shows that our ability to perform, connect, and lead effectively depends not on how much we do, but on how well we can self-regulate and return to calm. Stillness isn’t the absence of action -it’s the foundation of clarity, creativity, and resilience.

When we pause long enough to tune in, we create the space for better decision-making, emotional balance, and physical restoration. From that place, we respond instead of react. We lead with intention instead of exhaustion.

Stillness allows the body to heal, the mind to refocus, and the nervous system to reset - empowering us to operate from coherence rather than chaos. It’s no longer about pushing harder, but about learning to find power in pause - because the calm mind creates the deepest impact.
