Tara Diversi is a down-to-earth, positive and empowering speaker who lives in the real world. She has jam packed her 29 years, and in her past lives, Tara has been a professional athlete, award-winning writer, specialist dietician, counsellor, executive coach and manager of a successful small business.
Currently, she is helping people and organisations thrive in today’s environment. Tara is fascinated with how people work, how to engage them and how to influence others for good. Tara has worked with over 6000 people - from front-line employees to CEOs and executives, health professionals, academies of sport and professional athletes (including teams, current NBA players and current world ultra-man triathlon champion). From those who were super committed, right through to the uninterested and downright lazy!
In her corporate speaking Tara's messages are relevant to all. Whether you are a CEO, manager, sales person, in a call centre, on the front line, or doing all of the above in your own small business, you will benefit from Tara’s knowledge, experience and personal stories on how you and your company can get the most out of today.
Tara's qualifications and experiences are as varied as her thinking. As well as her Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics Tara holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychology and an MBA. She is a lecturer at the University of Sydney, and her Health Management business is located in Cairns.
She regularly provides expert comment for the media, writes feature articles for major magazines and newspapers and is a spokesperson for the Dieticians’ Association of Australia. Tara has co-authored The Good Enough Diet with Dr Adam Fraser and released three Guides for Health Professionals - Client Behaviour, Marketing Health and Presenting for Change.
Tara has worked at a professional level with this association for a number of years. For the conference presentations she has done for us on personal wellness, she has been very successful in 'hitting the mark' with her presentations, and scored very highly in conference feedback. Tara has a very engaging style that challenges participants to take control of their personal health. I am aware that a number of our members have subsequently sought further assistance from the team of dieticians at Health Management following presentations. I commend her to you unreservedly.
Chair Of Qld Secondary Principals' Association PeninsulaTara Diversi delivered twelve monthly workshops to our employees, which were well attended by staff. The firm received significant positive feedback from sessions, with the majority of staff members reporting permanent changes in many aspects of their lives brought on by their new found knowledge of nutrition, fitness and self awareness.
