Apart from being an international consultant from Saudi Arabia to Finland, Tim is an executive coach, organisational development consultant, keynote speaker, post-graduate lecturer, gifted facilitator, master trainer, and successful author. His clients include small, medium and large multi-national corporations, including Boeing, Singapore Armed Forces, Unilever, Nokia and SAP.

Tim’s doctoral research received international recognition in 2007 from the Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Awards. He is author of eight books, including his latest: “Bringing the Human Being Back to Work: The 10 Performance and Development Conversations Leaders Must Have.” Some of his other books include "Attracting and Retaining Talent", "The New Influencing Toolkit" and "Conversations at Work". In 2013, Tim was voted one of the 50 Most Talented Global Training & Development Leaders by the World HRD Congress.
