Todd Liubinskas has been involved in fitness from the moment he could walk and talk.
Todd remembers his father taking him to train with him when he was just five years old - running up and down sand hills and sprinting up and down stadiums. To this day, his passion for good health and well-being hasn’t wavered. A naturally gifted athlete, Todd grew up playing representative football across three codes (rugby union, rugby league, and touch football), often juggling them over both days of the weekend and throughout the school/work week.
He attained his Personal Training qualifications and Strength and Conditioning accreditation and has founded four fitness businesses; CSP Gym, CSP Athlete Factory, Coaching Zone Five Dock, and The 440 Run Club.
Todd has worked at an elite level training the likes of The Wallabies, the NZ Rugby League team, Aussie seven's, and a number of high-profile personalities. He has an innate ability to connect with people from all levels of fitness and mindset traversing age and background. He’s formulated programs for a number of corporates including Westpac, Unmind (UK), Toyota, and Porsche.
Todd has been Men’s Health Magazines’ Fitness Director since 2018, He is an integral part of the health and fitness space in the media amongst the Australian community. As the fitness director for Men’s Health, which has more than two million touchpoints, Todd has led fitness initiatives that have broken down the barriers to health and fitness for the Men’s Health audience. Todd is the brand’s go-to fitness resource, spearheading fitness content across video, print, and digital, and will appear at Men’s Health events.
Todd is the lead trainer at 12WBT and the Men’s Health Fitness Director. Todd co-owns multiple health and wellness facilities, Director of the 440 Run Club. He also runs his own health and wellness business aimed at corporate training and personal training. Todd is the founder of Let’s Get Going, a non for profit charity that aids adults with varied abilities through health and wellness.
