Trisha has an impressive breadth and depth of experience across commercial, philanthropic and community roles. Founder of the Broadbridge Fund and current CEO of AFL Tasmania, and former CEO of two well-established not-for-profit organisations, Trisha is known for her leadership qualities, clear strategic thinking, and resilience.
Trisha was appointed the CEO of AFL Tasmania in February 2018, the first female to be appointed as a State CEO in the AFL.
Prior to this she was the CEO of The Reach Foundation, a for-purpose organisation working to improve the wellbeing of young people so they can get the most out of life. From 2013 until she was appointed the role of CEO, Trisha was on the Board of Directors at Reach.
Prior to Trisha’s role as CEO of Reach, she had been CEO of St Kilda Youth Service (SKYS), an organisation offering specialised education, youth engagement, housing and social service programs to young people.
Trisha is Founder of the Broadbridge Fund, established in 2005 to positively impact the lives of young people in Australia and Thailand. In 2005, Trisha established the Broadbridge Fund Education Centre on Phi Phi Island, which assists young people affected by the 2004 tsunami.
From 2000 to 2010, Trisha worked as Head of Program Delivery at Reach. Prior to this, Trisha was Community Partnerships Leader at ANZ Asia Retail and Manager – Philanthropy Partners at ANZ Trustees.
Trisha is currently studying an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, and has a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology, La Trobe University), a Diploma of Youth Work (RMIT) and a Masters of International Development. In 2006, Trisha was awarded Young Australian of the Year and in 2019 was awarded Tasmanian Telstra Business Woman Award (Medium & Large Business). She is also the author of ‘Beyond the Wave – A Tsunami Survivor’s Story’.
In 2020 Trisha moved to Queensland to head up AFL Queensland.
