Duncan McKee is a British born pianist and composer and is a professional jazz musician, television composer and speaker/trainer. Based in Singapore, he performs with his trio at concerts, special events and conferences. He composes music for television networks HBO and Discovery Channel as well as records and produces studio albums.

He is a lecturer at LaSalle College of the Arts, UWCSEA and runs jazz workshops and summer schools. Duncan speaks regularly to organisations on his experiences as a musician and the importance of leadership, teamwork and creativity.

He has a number of programmes and presentations which are all interactive and all based around the narrative of music. He looks at music as a product of it's leadership and as a medium organisations can model to improve their own team dynamics.

In a nut shell, musicians create high performing teams who can work creatively, efficiently, creating highly precise and exciting music. As part of his presentations Duncan transform conference audiences into large orchestras to demonstrate the high performing teams.

Duncan uses music as a team development simulation and include jazz performances as part of my presentations. He has spoken to countless audiences and to groups of as many as 2000 people. He is one of the most respected thought leaders on music and leadership and is highly engaging speaker.

He is the creator of a team development programme and works with many of the largest organisations to improve their leadership and of Fortune 100 organisations such as Microsoft.
