Nathy’s topics focus on the powerful impact of first impressions, charisma, and our innate desire for human connection. She combines 20 years as a professional actor, singer and impersonator, with science and psychology. In her dynamic, engaging and entertaining presentations, Nathy reveals how these very human qualities are the new drivers in the race for business success.

Nathy Gaffney has lived and breathed the truth of this statement her entire life – having changed schools 14 times during her turbulent childhood – she then went on to pursue a more turbulent career as an actor. Nathy is living proof that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, and has transformed the fear and anxiety of being constantly ‘on show’ and publicly judged (and often ridiculed) into powerful life lessons that she shares with her audiences.
Her resilience and strength – that she illustrates with passion and humour is an engaging and compelling combination. She empowers her audiences by helping them understand that each individual is ‘an instrument of human engagement’, and then encourages them to play.
No stranger to corporate audiences – prior to establishing her corporate training business Pitch Perfect Training four years ago – Nathy was one of Australia’s busiest and most successful corporate entertainers. Although she now takes to the stage minus the sequins and wigs – Nathy is a firm believer in the adage “if you’re laughing, you’re learning” – and her keynotes and presentations are always both entertaining and enlightening.
