Emma’s journey started out working for more than twenty years in the corporate world, managing large teams and projects in IT, Manufacturing along with numerous State and Federal government projects. Recruitment and training were a natural fit for Emma within the corporate world and consequently Emma gained a valuable and unique insight into the difficulties both companies and employees have in regard to mental health, company culture and ultimately the effect this has on productivity. This has led to her purpose of being a passionate facilitator and corporate wellness coach. Emma loves training, developing people, including providing them with practical tools to support their wellbeing and mental health throughout all aspects of their lives, be it at work or in their home life. She is a highly motivated, caring, positive, energetic, and supportive person who is dedicated to help people live a life by design and not by default.

Emma has extensive experience as a TV Presenter and Actress with a solid background recruiting and managing large teams in the Insurance, Manufacturing, Fitness, Health, Beauty, Travel, and IT industry. Emma’s passion is developing people and helping them achieve their goals by providing guidance and support in all areas of health and well-being. Emma is a highly motivated, caring, positive, energetic, and supportive person who is passionate about helping people find their ‘Inner Peace’ and living their best life.
