Whether it’s hosting TV shows for the ABC or Channel 10, writing for some of the biggest digital platforms in the country or delivering the books people need, for two decades she has been translating complex health information into ideas that change how people live.
Currently completing a Master of Public Health on her way to PhD, her work sits at the intersection of human connection, longevity science and the stories that move us to act. And she spends her time teaching audiences how to do just that - closing the illusive gap between knowledge and action.
