Simon is a Life Coach and Keynote Speaker specialising in motivation and mindset.
He comes from a 30-year career in law enforcement, where he has served in various jurisdictions around the world from a UK Police Force, then moving to Australia the RSPCA Inspectorate in Qld and WA, and then into Local Government Regulatory Services.
Internationally accredited as a Life Coach and as an NLP Master Practitioner, Simon now provides bespoke coaching packages to individuals and is also an experienced team builder in a corporate setting. His mission is to empower individuals to develop, see their own potential and thrive.
Simon has a passionate interest in men’s mental fitness and has facilitated men’s circles in his local community and has turned dysfunctional corporate teams into high-performing motivated groups.
His career has given him the close experience of the role of government and law enforcement in the community and the effect this can have either positively or detrimentally, not only on those that it serves, but also on those that provide those services.
