Tess’ experience extends across a variety of industries including finance, food and retail franchising, paint manufacturing, FMCG, forestry and automotive and within a broad range of sectors, namely retail, corporate services, production and warehousing, sales and marketing.
Whilst taking time out on a work sabbatical to spend time with her young family Tess also purchased, managed and successfully grew a gardening and lawn care business for 2 years, before returning to her passion for growing the potential of others.
