Dr Errol Amerasekera B.Sc, B.App.Sci (Chiro), MACFOC, is a Business Consultant, Trainer, Senior Facilitator and Director at a Queensland experiential learning facility that delivers practical outcomes that build business.

Errol is passionate about creating a safer and more just world for all by mediating conflict, coaching ethical leadership, and facilitating transformation in individuals, communities and organisations. Errol’s purpose is to develop workplace environments that motivate, empower and build capacity within people and teams. He specialises in creating experiential learning programs that incorporate activities and simulations to identity performance gaps and generate problem-solving strategies around these. Through this he creates leaders and transforms teams, building skills and engagement in alignment with your organisational goals.

Errol holds a Masters Degree in Conflict Facilitation and Organisational Change, a Diploma in Process Oriented Psychology and a Bachelor of Applied Science.

He specialises in:

He has worked with organisations, schools, NGO's, as well as in international war zones such as Sri-Lanka. He recently partnered with Trevor Hendy and Dr Pippa Grange to work with the Australian Olympic Swim team in the development of their leadership and a high performance culture.

Experiential learning has been delivering knowledge through direct experience for more than two decades and is part of the Behavioural Sciences evolution that is driving excellence in business today.
