Renee Mill is a Principal Clinical Psychologist, Supervisor and a Best Selling Author. She is the Director of her own business.

Renee Mill has devoted 40 years of her life to finding solutions which are evidence-based, practical, relevant, and immediately applicable. Her audiences leave feeling empowered, confident and inspired to implement new strategies. Renee is not afraid to challenge current assumptions, offer novel techniques or speak truth to power. She engages her audience with stories, clinical examples and humour and delivers psychoeducation in a manner that can be understood by everyone.

Renee is a qualified Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, and Neuro-Psychotherapist. She brings extensive academic knowledge, over 40 years of clinical practice and a rich family life to her topics. She has a particular interest in stress, anxiety and burnout, emotional intelligence, relationships, parenting and how they interface with work.

Renee has authored 4 books. She developed a unique CBT treatment for anxiety which is published as a treatment manual and utilised by clinicians worldwide. She is often called upon to comment by the media. She has been delivering talks and workshops to corporates, government entities and community groups for decades. She owns and runs her private psychology practice Anxiety Solutions CBT in Sydney. Renee has been married for over 40 years and has 4 children and 9 grandchildren. While she is passionate about her work, Renee has always prioritised her family and a healthy work life balance.
