Dr Tim Baker assists managers develop productive workplace cultures. Tim is director of a business, which has a successful track record in change management and leadership development for 18 years.

Apart from being an international consultant from Saudi Arabia to Finland, Tim is an executive coach, organisational development consultant, keynote speaker, post-graduate lecturer, gifted facilitator, master trainer, and successful author. His clients include small, medium and large multi-national corporations, including Boeing, Singapore Armed Forces, Unilever, Nokia and SAP.

Tim’s point-of-difference is his capacity to blend a rigorous intellectual insight of organizational behaviour with practical, workable solutions to complex challenges. He is constantly pushing the boundaries of thinking on leadership and change management.

Tim’s doctoral research received international recognition in 2007 from the Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Awards. He is author of 13 books, including his latest: “The New Influencing Toolkit: Capabilities for Communicating With Influence.”  

In 2013, Tim was voted one of the 50 Most Talented Global Training & Development Leaders by the World HRD Congress.

In a nutshell, Tim has conducted over 2,430 seminars, workshops and keynote addresses to over 45,000 people in 11 countries across 21 industry groups. His latest book Mastering Feedback: A Practical Guide for Better Leadership Conversations was released in June 2022.
