David is Founder and CEO of a boutique consultancy that aligns capability to strategy in order to achieve business outcomes and results. David’s specialities include Strategy, Leadership, and Business Transformation and Change. David is a registered Organisational Psychologist and holds post Graduate qualifications in Psychology from Monash University. David has also taught Change Management and Business Transformation to leading CEO’s on behalf of the Monash Mt Eliza Business School to assist leaders to drive successful change across their organisations.
David has over 25 years of practical experience including ten years in senior Human Resource Management roles with Hewlett-Packard. David’s experience is extensive in managing cultural and organisational change, leadership and its interplay with strategy, and senior team performance development. In particular, David has been heavily involved in understanding the underlying cultural patterns of the Australian workplace.
The 2-million dollar landmark cultural imprint study, revalidated in 2012, holds significant implications for driving and change initiative, strategy execution and creating staff engagement. Change initiates that are managed in a way that is congruent with these cultural imprints happen at speed, whilst those that are not often struggle to gain momentum.

David also holds advanced accreditation in Margerison-McCann Team Management Systems, Herman Brain Dominance Instrument and holds a license as a leading facilitator in cultural Imprint materials.
