Creativity is Misunderstood
Once described by a colleague as equal parts zen and espresso, Paul Fairweather understands that to make ideas happen you need a combination of both the creative and practical.
Like many creative people who apply their skills to business, Paul came to a point of realisation that he had insufficient time for the one thing that he was most passionate about and that made him so successful—creative expression.
An architect, Paul was a co-founder of award-winning Fairweather Proberts Architects where he was a driving force in the firm’s commercial success. He’s also credited as a chair designer, writer, performer, and artist, including being a finalist in the 2001 Archibald Prize.
Paul now helps connect, energise, and engage teams through ideas, stories, and visual communications. His keynotes, masterclasses, and program are all co-designed to help people connect and find meaning in their stories, find clarity about what really matters, and create ideas that can add value and make a di erence.
You want to book Paul. You're going to get something really unique and really magical. There was so much beauty in it and so much cleverness. You're getting a smart, intellectual keynote that has a touch of magic.
TBC CreativePaul has this amazing ability to engage with the crowd and get them to do activities that kind of push us outside our comfort zone, full laughter and that forces us to consider what else can we do. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Is going to provide an experience that would be unlike any other for your people.

Paul's engagement with the audience was just superb. He made it really easy to be creative, and he really connected with us in a way that made us feel like we could be artists as well. I think if you're looking for somebody who's going to ignite a belief in creativity and a belief that we can all be creative, Paul would be just a superb speaker to engage in your community or at your events.
