Elle Halliwell is an Australian writer, speaker and entrepreneur.

During her career as a leading lifestyle journalist, Elle has reported beauty, travel and health news and penned features for Australia’s top media publications and news outlets, including The Australian, Vogue Australia, Marie Claire and Nine Entertainment.

Elle is an experienced Master of Ceremonies, having hosted events for the likes of Olympus, Avenè, Myer, Longines, Sussan, Hayu, Australian Organic, Amazon, and MTV Australia.

In 2016 Elle’s life changed forever when in the space of 48 hours she was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer and discovered she was pregnant with her first child. She documented her triumph over adversity in her memoir, A Mother’s Choice, published by Allen & Unwin, and, since then, has shared her inspiring journey delivering keynotes to audiences around the country on topics such as:

Giving back is also important for Elle, and for the past eight years she has donated her time to work with various charity organisations such as The Cancer Council and Leukaemia Foundation as an ambassador and event host.
