Fiction Cover Band
Established way back in 2002 (yes, that long ago) Fiction began as your average cover band. Playing pub rock & top 40 tunes in venues throughout Victoria.
Over the years there have been many variations of the band, but in 2012, drummer & Father of the band Phil decided to make a change. Enter, Sally; bringing with her a wealth of knowledge & experience gained from years working both on stage and behind the scenes in Weddings & Corporate Events.
Phil's knowledge of the Melbourne covers scene & Sally's knowledge of how corporate events & weddings need to work PLUS their combined skills, talent & perofrming experience, Phil & Sally set out to create a product that not only ticked every box, but was completely different to what any one else provides - and they have done just that.
The current line up of Fiction, includes Phil, Sally, Scott & TJ and has been a solid Core Four act since 2018.
Each member of the band is highly skilled, experienced & passionate about providing the highest quality of live music and entertainment.
From your very first enquiry, you will be in direct contact with Phil & Sally - right up until your event.
In addition to the Core Four, Fiction us able to reduce down to an Acoustic Duo, or expand on requests to include additional vocalists & musicians.
