Ben Gialouris is an experienced leader in diverse sectors including media, entertainment, group buying, ecommerce and hospitality, having driven this growth at businesses including Lux Group, Australian Radio Network (ARN), Ninemsn and the Macquarie Network

He has comprehensive change management experience, is obsessed with getting results by designing and implementing strategy, creating structure and transforming cultural change.

Having worked on a granularly level with hundreds of SME’s and also MNC’s, Ben and his teams have needed to be highly accountable for driving results and increasing market share. His teams have over performed despite ailing product or market performance. In one example, after inheriting the Mix106.5 sales team, the consistent results they produced made them finalists for four consecutive years and winner at the 2013 Australian Commercial Radio Awards for “Best Sales Team Achievement”.

Bens public speaking experience has been refined over the years from regularly needing to present, train and motivate the broader companies he has worked for and also his large dynamic and high performance sales team. He also facilitates and hosts offsite business conferences for key clients and has publicly introduced and interviewed some of Australia's most successful entertainers, including KIIS1065’s Kyle and Jackie O, WSFM’s Amanda Keller & Brendan Jones and media personality Tim “Rosso” Ross. He was also tasked to present and MC the commercial radio survey results to all staff every 6 weeks.

Ben has been a guest speaker at UNSW, School of Marketing and worked closely as the sales trainer and consultant for one of Australia's largest child care centres, leading Laser & Injectable businesses and travel companies.

He also completed his MBA in one of the world's leading programs, through AGSM at the UNSW.
