Mandy Johnson is a best-selling business author and the former UK director of global travel giant, Flight Centre Limited. An active speaker, advisor and executive educator, Mandy’s focus is on how innovative business practices transform organisations and achieve extraordinary results.
She has worked with and been a keynote speaker to many public and private companies such as Michael Hill Jewellery, Griffith University, Ray White Commercial, the State Library of Queensland, Pittard’s Training, Spicer’s Hotels, Coronis Realty, and the Stockbroker’s Association of Australia.

Her first book Family, Village Tribe (Random House) rated in Kobo’s top five in the Business-Entrepreneurship category in 2014 and is studied in many MBA courses around Australia. Her second book Winning the War for Talent (Wiley Business) was released in April 2014 and has garnered exceptional reviews and widespread interest on TV, radio and in the business press.
Mandy is an accomplished public speaker whose audiences come away inspired. As well as her keynotes which are often rated the highlights of conferences, she is also regularly interviewed on business podcasts such as the Australian Businesswomen’s Network.
As a masterclass presenter, Mandy’s business seminar was Bond University’s highest-rated executive education program of its year and it was the first course ever to achieve a perfect evaluation score for the University of Queensland (UQ) Business School. Mandy is also a guest lecturer to UQ’s MBA students.
