Meiron (pronounced May-Ron) Lees is an international author, facilitator and speaker and has dedicated his professional career to the researching stress and practical application of resilience.
He wrote his award-winning book D-Stress: Building Resilience in Challenging Times in 2009 in which he highlights key resilience techniques to better manage stress. In 2010 his book was the No 1 best self-help publication in the US in the Independent Publishers Book Awards.
In 2011 Meiron was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and applied his resilience techniques to overcome what was to be the biggest challenge of his life.
Today Meiron is using his experience to support patients often left to fend for themselves on their road to recovery. He facilitates stress and resilience programs for organisations and works extensively in the health and insurance sector with specific focus on preventative measures and improving patient recovery.
He has also done extensive research in the area of trust which inspired him to develop his “How to build trusting relationships” keynote and workshops. In a highly engaging and interactive presentation, Meiron shares the three key criteria that help build a higher level of trust with clients, suppliers and colleagues enabling businesses to exponentially grow their revenue and profits.
Meiron also offers Sales Mastery workshops that have been instrumental in boosting sales revenue for his clients over the past 20 years. Meiron’s clients include AMP, Citibank, Westpac, MLC, TAL, Golden Door and the Cancer Council to name a few.
