Suzanne specialises in leadership behavioural change. You'll find Suzanne at home on the stage speaking at conferences, mentoring leaders and facilitating leadership teams developing explicit intelligence (the new EQ).

Her master's degree research (in neuro-linguistics and coaching) focused on how leaders move their ideas into action - that significantly benefited beyond themselves. She is the published author of A Flourishing Mind, with her new book Say What You Mean due mid-2018. She is an Ambassador for R U OK?, Director & Co-Founder of Stories Out Loud and nominee for Western Australian of the Year 2016.

Suzanne specialises in speaking at large scale industry conferences, large company conferences and smaller, more intimate senior leadership retreats and events.

As a leadership behavioural change specialist, it’s Suzanne’s goal in every keynote and indeed, every interaction with her, to evoke positive change and ensure leaders are future ready. Her skill to move an audience's thinking is highly revered and every part of the design and experience is purposeful. There is always an outcome in conjunction with the organiser’s intent for the audience.

Testimonials

What an incredibly amazing experience to witness Suzanne’s recent keynote speech, 2016 BOMA Hawaii Leadership Symposium, “The Impact of Genuine”. An engaging interactive experience and reminded us to be genuine and true to ourselves. She had my team, during and after her session, buzzing with renewed excitement. Suzanne is an inspiring person in every way and I look forward to reading her book; “A Flourishing Mind”. ~ from my Hawaii team at Shidler. Thank You!!!
