Greg has been in the professional development business for over 20 years, has his own consulting business and has worked across small owner-operated businesses through to larger corporations in both the public & private sector. Greg has an intimate understanding of the demands of today’s modern corporate environment and how best to address those demands.

He is highly experienced in organisational learning and development, a professional and personal coach, a business consultant and Human Resources practitioner.

He specialises in helping people become better leaders through a combination of innovative workshops, the use of psychometric tools, such as the LSI, and in high performance coaching sessions.

He offers a unique and highly interactive approach to helping people and their businesses reach their full potential. Greg can deliver workable solutions to meet the needs of you and your business. His broad experience in all forms of personal and business improvement practices gives him a unique insight into understanding organisations and their needs.

He is then able to design, develop and deliver unique and effective solutions to meet those needs.

Over the past 12 years he has specialised in Leadership Development programs and processes and has led and delivered many programs across a wide range of businesses. He brings with him enormous experience in facilitating effective leadership solutions.

He was recently granted Life-Time Accreditation status with Human Synergistics range of Leadership development tools. This provides his clients with peace-of-mind that they are getting a very experienced facilitator when using these tools in their development activities.
