Adam's facilitation style and educational relevance was right on the mark! There was a good balance of inspiring stories delivered through multi mediums, with an opportunity for team members to contribute to how the evidence and ideas presented might shape or re-shape our practices. What an interesting, inspiring & useful workshop with lots of interaction. It was fully packed with activities and the content was very relevant. Adam, Thank You! It's great to finally see something developing the leader I am & not defining who is a leader or things you must do as many others do. The workshop made me connect dots, challenge my own practice and caused a few lightbulb ideas to create more efficiencies across the projects I'm involved in.
