Managing his own businesses since his teens, by age 24 he had established his own million-dollar network of businesses and he has an extended track record of working with a wide range of private and public organisations’, both in Australia and overseas.
Bruce is currently working on the Executive Team as the Chief Well Being Officer for 21,000 people at Metro North Hospital and Health Services. Metro North is the largest hospital and health service in Australia. Bruce is applying his global experience at a very local and practical level with significant positive impacts in creating an effective, constructive, fun and safe workplace culture.

He has an extended track record of working with a wide range of private and public organisations’, both in Australia and overseas. Voted Australian Keynote Speaker of the Year by the National Speakers Association of Australia, Bruce was also presented with the Paul Harris Award in Rotary District 9640 for his contribution to RYLA as a presenter for more than 30 years.
