Kitty is one of Australia's best known female comedians and she is a regular on Australian TV each Tuesday on The Project sharing her view on current events, and during their seasons, was a regular guest on Good News Week and 'Spicks and Specks'.
A successful stand-up up comedian and TV writer/performer in Australia, Kitty Flanagan moved to the UK in 2001 to further her comedy career. Since returning from London where she became a regular on the top UK comedy circuit including the prestigious London Comedy Store, she also managed to travel the world performing in festivals and comedy clubs everywhere from Paris to Berlin, Dubai to Tokyo & Canada to Cannes.
Well known for sketch comedy as well as stand-up, Kitty has appeared in several successful TV shows both in Australia and the UK, most notably Full Frontal, The Micallef Show and The Sketch Show (UK).
There have also been numerous TV stand-up appearances, including The World Stands Up on Comedy Central (US). After years of having her writing directed by others, Kitty Flanagan decided she needed to be the boss of everyone and set out to direct her own work. The result is the short film Dating Ray Fenwick.
