Over the past three decades, Gilbert Enoka has built his reputation as New Zealand's leading mental skills coach. He has worked as a mental skills coach for the All Blacks, Canterbury Crusaders, the Silver Ferns and the Black Caps and strongly believes that players who are mentally prepared will perform better on the day.

He has also worked as a highly skilled practitioner, working on performance enhancement for over twenty years with top CEO’s, and business and sporting elite. His coaching abilities are also an integral part of his role as general manager for Harcourts International, New Zealand's largest real estate firm.

Gilbert is philosophical in his approach to his own life and thrives on preparing people for the hurdles that life puts in front of him, and in seeing others succeed.

He is a highly sought-after speaker, giving insight into the psychology behind individual and team success in world-level sport and how this can be applied to any walk of life. Gilbert has been invited to be keynote speaker throughout the world at over 100 events, talking about leadership, performing under pressure, mental management, strategic planning, effective business management and building thriving cultures.

As the global pandemic continues, Gilbert Enoka can tailor his presentation to discuss the effect coronavirus has on mental management.

Gilbert Enoka is an incredibly inspirational speaker – and delivered his messages in a way that everyone in the room could relate to. He triggered action amongst everyone attending to reflect on themselves and identify ways they can make simple changes to improve our wider team performance & culture. The messages delivered were on point and we could not have asked for anything better.
