Jodie holds a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Master of Science from the University of Sydney and was awarded the University Medal for Psychology (UNSW). Jodie has 20 years organisational and clinical experience working as a Clinical Psychologist, Executive Coach and Management Consultant.

Jodie is passionate about coaching individuals and organisations to empower the development of mental strength, agility and resilience; and enable peak performance. MindStrength combines practical, solution-oriented strategies; clinical and corporate experience; delivered in an authentic and engaging style.

Jodie has consulted in organisations including PwC, Macquarie Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, National Australia Bank, George Weston Foods, Energex, Australian Human Resources Institute, Lendlease and American Express. She has worked at the Boston Children’s Hospital USA, St Vincent’s Hospital and the Child Youth and Family Mental Health Service Sutherland Hospital.

Alongside her corporate experience, Jodie is the Founder and Principal Clinical Psychologist at the Sydney Anxiety Clinic. Jodie works with adults, adolescents and children to help reduce anxiety, stress and worry, and build resilience.
