Inspired by the death of a close friend, Sebastian Terry experienced a moment in his life where he asked himself a simple question; ‘Am I happy?’.

The answer was NO and so he created a list of 100 Things that he hoped would help him find happiness.

Ten years later, after dropping everything in his life to pursue his crazy list, Sebastian’s story has grown from an adventurous tale into a global philanthropic movement that engages a growing tribe of hundreds of thousands to set meaningful goals, achieve our biggest dreams and help others in need.

This evolution into the kindness space has spawned birth of Kindsum, a peer-to-peer platform, activating acts of kindness in the general public and within organizations..

As a keynote speaker, Sebastian inspires organisations to gain perspective, think big and be the best they can be on every level so that others can follow suit.

Guaranteed to make you laugh, cry and inspire motivation, the 100 Things & Kindsum keynotes are like no other and will re-engage, connect and inspire your organisation to move forward as one.

What a find for our students! I couldn't be happier with the response after bringing Sebastian Terry in to speak to our Year 10s. All we want for our kids is for them to live a rich and fulfilling life. Sebastian humbly offers his own experience as an example and the community building around him is inspiring. Working with Seb leaves you with a sense that life is not only wonderful but it is absolutely possible.

Central Coast Adventist School

Seb Terry was an enthusiastic speaker who engaged a room full of Primary School Principals with his thought provoking and often humorous stories. Seb's talk made us reflect on life and the journey we choose to take. Feedback from conference participants was overwhelmingly positive.
